Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect (extremely unlikely since items are quality checked both before sale and also prior to shipping). You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
1. Please email kgbling20@gmail.com to notify us of a return and the reason for a return. No refunds will be provided, only a store credit equal to the price of the purchased item.
2. Please contact me for return information.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Items that have been used, altered or not in the original package will not be accepted for a credit.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your store credit.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. This is the only instance where a refund will be provided, otherwise, returns are subject to a store credit upon receipt of the items in their original condition.
Shipping Policy
Turnaround
Orders take 1-2 days to process and will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays (unless weather conditions or other extraneous circumstances exist). Special requests outside of these shipment days may be accommodated upon request and approval. Please send us an e-mail or a chat through the messenger feature, located on the lower right hand corner of the screen, with your shipping request. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.
